Chef-driven restaurant and bar seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate service, and drive guest satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants

  • Strong grasp of polished service standards; trend-aware, organized, and task-driven

  • Proven team leader with excellent communication and real-time problem-solving skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, service execution, and guest experience to ensure consistent satisfaction

  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast and manage inventory, COGS, and labor; drive continuous improvement

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; lead from the floor with hands-on presence

  • Activate local marketing, events, and catering; collaborate with chefs to support menu quality and consistency as needed
